It’s with pleasure that we provide a testimonial for Ian Fenemor and Build Right. We have used other building companies in the past but our experiences with Build Right has brought us back to them time and time again.
We have used Build Right to renovate three of our properties and recently they have built a new dwelling for us. Ian was part of the design team from the start, helping us with ideas and letting us know what was feasible within our budget. His knowledge and willingness to explore different options was very much appreciated and certainly paid off.
Ian involved us with the build all the way through, even when we got really annoying and wanted to make changes. His calm advice was always spot on and we now have a beautiful home that we are very proud of.
Ian’s has a fantastic team of builders. They are reliable, always turning up as scheduled, are very approachable and the quality of their work is outstanding. An example of this would be that the built in wardrobes that were sent flat packed. When they arrived Ian felt that the quality was not up to his standard and he insisted that they be taken down and returned. With the help of ITM a new system was designed. Ian’s team built and fitted the new wardrobes and they look and function amazingly.
Build Right may not be the cheapest builders but it’s our experience that they are the best. We can’t thank them enough for making what could have been a really stressful process into a fun and satisfying experience. We can’t wait to start our next project with them.
