As well as both commercial and residential construction, BUILDRIGHT has a strong community presence, having completed projects including the stadium floor renewal at the Motueka Recreation Centre, both new buildings and upgrades to Motueka High School, Lower Moutere School, and the complete construction of Tasman Bay Christian School.

Ian Fenemor
Managing Director & Project Manager
As managing director, Ian has over 30 years experience in the building industry with NZ Trade Certificate qualifications, and operates day to day as the BUILDRIGHT project manager. Ian personally manages every job through to completion, guaranteeing every client an excellent degree of quality and the highest standard of customer satisfaction for each build.
A key part of Ian’s job during this process is communicating with clients and sub-tradesmen to facilitate the smooth running of each project so that they both meet the agreed time schedule, and continue to provide the quality workmanship that Ian and the BUILDRIGHT team are known and appreciated for.
